I was contracted as a long-term creative partner to support the development and evolution of Aware Realty’s brand and social media presence. 

My role includes designing a range of visual assets that grow alongside the company, from core brand elements—such as the logo, identity system, and iconography—to more innovative explorations like using AI-generated photography for property staging and promotional materials.

Logo + Typography

The Aware Realty brand combines modern aesthetics with thoughtful symbolism to appeal to today’s conscious homebuyers. The tagline, “Your key to conscious living,” is visually reinforced through the brand mark—a stylized key integrated with the Flower of Life symbol, representing balance and intention.

For typography, I selected Roslindale as the primary logo typeface. Its mix of sharp and rounded forms adds personality while balancing tradition with a contemporary edge, making it both distinctive and adaptable. For supporting text, I chose GT America, a versatile and modern typeface used across body copy, taglines, and miscellaneous brand assets to ensure consistency and readability.

Social Content + Print Assets

The social media templates were designed to strengthen Aware Realty’s online brand presence while reflecting its holistic, customer-first philosophy. Each template leverages a cohesive color palette of modern, cool tones that evoke a sense of calm, trust, and professionalism, aligning with the brand’s mission to offer a thoughtful and approachable home-buying experience.

IMPACT: Following the rollout of the new social templates, Aware Realty observed:

  • +40% increase in social engagement (likes, comments, shares) within the first 30 days

  • 25% boost in follower growth
