BEFORE — CONTACT PAGE
Contact Page
The client originally used a basic contact form for general inquiries but expressed a preference for a more conversational, text-based approach. To meet this need, I redesigned the contact page to feature a clear and friendly paragraph that includes direct links to the FAQ page and a contact email.
This allows users to quickly find answers or reach out for additional support if their questions aren’t addressed in the FAQ. Focusing on contact info, per the client’s request, the about section block was taken out as well.
BEFORE — ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPTION PAGE
Active Subscription Page - Dashboard
The client had a standard Shopify subscription page with branded colors to reflect their identity across the site. However, they felt the page lacked engagement and sought to create a more interactive, user-focused experience.
To address this, I designed and implemented a personalized dashboard that included:
Tailored messaging based on the customer’s skin concerns
A visual preview of upcoming orders
Order reminders to allow time for adjustments before shipping
A “savings piggy bank” icon to highlight subscription savings
In response to the client’s request for more educational content, I also designed two additional content blocks. One linked to a product education page, and the other to a curated article related to the customer’s subscription item—both aimed at increasing engagement and encouraging further product discovery.
AFTER V1 — ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPTION PAGE — UPDATED: DASHBOARD + EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
AFTER V2 — ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPTION PAGE — UPDATED: OPTION TO VIEW/EDIT SUBSCRIPTIONSAbout Page
The client aimed for an About page design to effectively communicate Cardon’s brand identity, mission, and product philosophy, while maintaining an approachable and engaging tone. They also requested clear calls to action (CTAs) for their skincare routine builder quiz and icons to highlight key value propositions.
I designed a content strategy and layout that included:
A strong brand introduction
A concise founding story to build authenticity
A section on product philosophy that emphasized Korean innovation and ingredient transparency
A key product spotlight to feature their hero item
Custom-sourced icons to support value messaging
A customer quote block to build trust
Targeted CTAs directing users to the routine quiz and best-sellers
IMPACT: This design helped create a more cohesive and story-driven About page that aligned with Cardon’s brand values. Post-launch, the client reported:
Increased click-through rates to the skincare quiz
Longer time spent on the About page
Improved customer feedback on the brand’s clarity and professionalism
These updates not only enhanced brand perception but also supported the client’s broader conversion goals.
Cardon Skincare Quiz - Iconography
The client requested custom icons to enhance the user experience of their skincare routine builder quiz. I designed a cohesive set of icons tailored to their branded product line, visually representing a range of skincare concerns, including acne, oily, dry, combination, and sensitive skin types.
In addition, I created icons for various hair textures—fine, medium, thick, straight, wavy, curly, and coily to support the quiz’s expanded focus on personalized care.
Checkout Cart - Rebuy Progress Bar
The client wanted to create a more engaging and rewarding checkout experience for customers. In response, I designed a rebuy progress bar that visually incentivizes users to increase their cart value through a series of unlockable rewards.
To align with Cardon’s brand identity, I incorporated custom icons inspired by their skincare product line. These included a truck icon to signify when users unlock free shipping, followed by additional rewards such as a free SPF moisturizer at $75, and a free body wash at $100. This gamified system encourages higher spending while reinforcing the brand’s visual language and product benefits.
